We cooked a Chicken Balti recipe from the Internet and whilst we enjoyed it, we didn’t think it tasted much like a Balti! We drank a bottle of The Hundred Coonawarra Rosé 2008 an Australian wine from the Sunday Times Wine Club. This matched very well. The creaminess and fruitiness of the wine went well with the flavours of the Balti. We find Rosés often work well with Asian cuisine as long as they are not too dry.
